This program is designed to equip individuals from local Palestinian communities with the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required in the field of food and beverage arts and management. Delivered in collaboration with partner restaurants and the Arab Hotel Association, the program enhances employment opportunities for Palestinian youth while contributing to household income generation.
It also promotes Palestinian culinary heritage by introducing local and international visitors to traditional cuisine, customs, and cultural practices, fostering cultural exchange and global appreciation of Palestinian heritage.
