Counseling & Student Services

Supporting Every Student

The Deanship of Student Affairs focuses on providing integrated counseling services aimed at supporting students and enabling them to face personal, social, and academic challenges — contributing to their psychological stability and their adjustment to university life. These services include the following:

Following Up on Student Complaints

The Deanship receives and follows up on students' non-academic complaints and helps find appropriate solutions to the problems they may face during their university journey, referring cases to the relevant authorities when needed — ensuring a safe, fair, and supportive university environment for all students.

Student Psychological Counseling Unit

The unit provides psychological support services that help students cope with psychological and social pressures and strengthen their ability to adapt to various challenges — through individual and group counseling sessions, along with approaches that help improve mental health, build personal and social balance, and enhance the ability to face challenges consciously and effectively.

Support for People with Special Needs

The Deanship is keen to provide an inclusive and supportive university environment for students with special needs by facilitating academic and administrative services and offering the support needed to ensure their full integration into university life and equal opportunities for learning and participation.
