The Deanship of Student Affairs at Dar al-Kalima University is the cornerstone of university life, playing a pivotal role in caring for students and following up on their academic, social, psychological, and cultural affairs — helping to provide an integrated, safe, and stimulating university environment that responds to their educational and personal needs and aspirations.

The Deanship seeks to enrich students' university experience by providing support and guidance, enhancing the quality of university life, and creating an academic and social climate that instills values of national belonging and social and ethical responsibility, and encourages active participation in the various activities and initiatives inside and outside the university.

The Deanship also works to empower students to discover their abilities, refine their artistic, cultural, and creative talents, and develop their leadership skills — contributing to the formation of aware individuals capable of contributing positively to society. Guided by its educational and humanitarian mission, the Deanship is committed to supporting students throughout their university journey and helping them achieve academic excellence and self-fulfillment, in line with the vision and mission of Dar al-Kalima University to prepare an active and influential generation of creative young leaders through high-quality academic programs, opportunities for lifelong learning, and a culture of entrepreneurship, scientific research, and community engagement.

The mission of the Deanship of Student Affairs is to provide a supportive, safe, and integrated university environment that cares for students academically, socially, psychologically, and culturally — through programs and activities that strengthen their academic achievement, develop their skills and talents, and build their leadership and creative personalities. It also works to strengthen their national belonging and instill values of social and human responsibility, helping to prepare students who are academically distinguished, well-rounded in character, and able to engage positively with society.

Role of the Deanship

Our Role

The Deanship of Student Affairs cares for students and follows up on their academic, social, psychological, and cultural affairs, providing a safe and stimulating university environment that helps develop their university experience. It offers counseling and support services and oversees extracurricular activities, volunteer work, trips, and student programs — strengthening students' skills, enriching their experiences, and supporting their engagement with the community and the labor market. It also contributes to building local and international relations, following up on alumni affairs, and supporting training and employment opportunities.
