The Deanship of Admissions and Registration at Dar al-Kalima University represents both the beginning and the culmination of the student's academic journey. It is where the journey starts through the admission application process and concludes with graduation and the receipt of academic certificates.
The Deanship is committed to attracting outstanding and talented students through a variety of activities both on and off campus, including participation in educational guidance events organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which are attended by secondary school students from all governorates across the country.
The Deanship strives to provide students with the highest quality services throughout their academic experience through modern technologies that facilitate processes for both students and faculty alike. All services are accessible through the University's electronic portal, which is directly integrated with the University's internal systems. The portal enables students to communicate with their instructors and academic advisors, review their academic status, complete online course registration, and submit inquiries. The portal also allows faculty members to monitor students' academic progress continuously.

Ihab Musleh is an experienced academic administrator and IT professional with over two decades of expertise in higher education, information technology, and systems management. He currently serves as Dean of Admission and Registration at Dar al-Kalima University in Bethlehem, where he oversees student records, admissions processes, and institutional data systems.
Musleh holds an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Al-Quds University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer and Information Technology. He also earned multiple professional certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Cisco Networking Academy Instructor credentials.
Prior to his current role, he spent over 13 years as IT Manager and System Administrator at The Diyar Consortium, leading IT operations, managing infrastructure, and implementing strategic technology solutions. He has also worked as an IT instructor, web designer, and trainer, combining technical expertise with teaching and mentorship.
Musleh brings a unique blend of leadership, technical proficiency, and academic administration experience, with a strong commitment to efficiency, data integrity, and organizational development.
