Rules & Regulations

Academic Life

Understand attendance, grading, registration, and academic integrity policies that govern your studies.

Attendance Policy

Students must attend at least 75% of lectures per course to be eligible for final exams. Absences exceeding this limit result in automatic course failure regardless of grades earned.

Grading System

The university uses a 4.0 GPA scale. A passing grade is 60% (D). Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 to remain in good academic standing. Grades below 60% require course repetition.

Course Add/Drop

Students may add or drop courses during the first two weeks of each semester without academic penalty. After this period, dropping a course results in a "W" (Withdrawn) notation on the transcript.

Academic Integrity

Plagiarism, cheating, and academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a zero on the assignment, course failure, or expulsion depending on severity. All submitted work must be original.
