Words are not enough to express how proud we are of the students of the Professional Diploma in Food and Beverage Arts and Management on the occasion of their Graduation Projects Evaluation Day.
You truly impressed us with the outstanding level of professionalism reflected in your projects, from the quality of the food and beverages presented, to the creativity shown in presentation and arrangement, and the confidence and excellence demonstrated in your delivery. Every detail showcased the dedication, passion, and knowledge you have gained throughout your academic journey.
What we witnessed confirms that you possess the talent and ability to build a promising future in the fields of hospitality and culinary arts. We are confident that you will make a meaningful contribution to the industry through your creativity and distinctive personal touch.
We were honored to host a distinguished evaluation committee chaired by Master Chef Johnny Gurek, alongside Chef Bassem Hazboun (Lead Lecturer of the Program and Direct Supervisor of the Graduation Projects), Dr. Nuha Khoury, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Ms. Rose Kando, Dean of the Community Technical College. Their valuable expertise and feedback greatly enriched the evaluation process and supported our students' professional and academic growth.
