Program Overview

The Cultural Diplomacy specialization is concerned with qualifying cadres capable of employing culture as a means of communication and influence in international contexts. The specialization focuses on developing cross-cultural interaction skills, understanding the legal and humanitarian frameworks governing international work, and managing relationships and building partnerships. It also enhances the ability to represent institutions professionally while observing protocols and different cultural contexts. It aims to prepare graduates capable of working in fields where management intersects with cultural and diplomatic presence.

  • Employ the principles of cultural diplomacy in building partnerships and managing international relations.
  • Apply communication and cross-cultural interaction skills in local, regional, and international environments.

Admission Requirements

Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
The applicant must have a degree in a field related to political science, international relations, management, law, media, cultural studies, social sciences, humanities, or any other specialty accepted by the program committee.
Meet the approved postgraduate admission requirements at the university.
Pass a personal interview.
The program committee may require remedial courses for students coming from specializations that do not provide the necessary knowledge background for the specialization.
