Program Overview

The Bachelor of Music program is grounded in a comprehensive intellectual vision that understands music as an integrated artistic practice encompassing performance, critical thinking, scientific research, and active engagement within cultural contexts. This program is considered one of the leading and modern programs in the Palestinian context, offering a holistic approach to the study of music as a central form of performing arts—combining theoretical grounding, practical training, and creative experimentation.

The program is built upon a solid foundation in music sciences, including music theory, harmony, solfège, and musical analysis, alongside the study of music history within both local and global contexts. This is complemented by intensive practical training in musical performance, whether instrumental or vocal, enabling students to develop advanced technical and expressive skills.

The program also places strong emphasis on nurturing students' creative sensibilities through composition, arrangement, improvisation, and collaborative work within musical ensembles.
